Clinic, Billing & Cancellation Policies

Please review the clinic billing policies posted below. A list of conditions we cannot work with is found at the bottom of this page.

Clinic Policies

  1. Results not guaranteed: We cannot and do not guarantee any result for any symptom.
  2. Group treatments: In some cases, more than one person may wish to share a treatment room. This must be prearranged and authorized by us, and each person in attendance would be billed for their treatment.
  3. Guests not in for their own appointment: Guests must wait in the waiting room or step out of the clinic. This should be planned for in advance. A husband/wife/child/friend may not sit in the treatment room once the treatment is underway. Exceptions can apply when a mother is nursing an infant or supervising a toddler. For other exceptions, inquire directly.
  4. Observing the initial assessment: A parent/spouse/child is welcome to observe the initial assessment, but they should have plans for how to spend the duration of the day while the Frequency Therapy session is taking place. As per point 3 above, they cannot wait in the therapy room.
  5. Conditions we cannot work with: These are included in the list at the bottom of this page. If you have one of these conditions and schedule a treatment without Leonard’s written approval, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment at the time that you show up for it. In such a case, this would be considered a last minute cancellation and you may not receive a refund since the appointment slot has been taken up. To avoid this, please review the short list below of conditions that we cannot work with.

Billing Policies

  1. Payments: All sessions are paid in full, online in advance.
  2. No Refunds: Once the Frequency Therapy service has been rendered, we have a no-refund policy. This does not change based on whether there has been a result.
  3. No Discounts: We do not offer volume discounts, returning client discounts or discounts for minors. Each person receiving a treatment is billed for their appointment.
  4. Follow up treatments: In some cases a follow up visit is desired or required. All follow up treatments are billed at the full clinic rate for that location.

Cancellation Policies

  1. Cancellation fee: All cancellations that require a refund are subject to a $125 processing fee per appointment from the moment the appointment is booked.
  2. Cancellations: There is a strict 14 days notice cancellation policy in place as reflected at the time of booking online:
2A: For cancellations within 2-14 days before the appointment date, 50% of the cost of the appointment is charged.
2B: For cancellations 1 day before the appointment date or for same day cancellations,100% of the appointment cost is charged.
2C: A no show is charged 100% of the appointment cost.
  3. Moving an appointment: Outside of the 14 day cancellation period, there is no charge to move an appointment to another day or time. The booking system allows you to do this yourself, or you can email us. Inside the 14 day period, the above cancellation policies may apply.

Conditions We Cannot Work With

Below is a short list of conditions or symptoms that we cannot work with. Someone with any of these conditions or symptoms may hope to come in for treatment for an unrelated symptom that they also have, but health rarely works that way. Symptoms are often interrelated in unpredictable ways.

Thus if someone has any of the following conditions, whether it is the reason they wish to schedule in or not, they should not schedule in. If they do, upon their arrival, we reserve the right to decline to conduct the appointment and the full session fee will be forfeited.

If you feel that something on the list below only partly applies to you, and wish to inquire whether we would consider having you in, you are welcome to fill in a contact form explaining your situation. We will be happy to review it.
